Application of Sharpe Agitator

Sharpe Agitator provides necessary agitation programs by professional technology and innovative design. Its agitating products have been widely applied in all almost industrial areas, including desulfurization, chemistry, plastics, pharmacy, biochemistry, cosmetics, food, power plants, mining and so on. The way of agitation has traits of long lifespan, high mixing intensity, short operating time, low wastage of both metal and refractory and so on.  


Main technical characteristics of Sharpe 

Impeller:
      1) A true hydrofoil impeller uses a narrow blade. It has the same power but better mixing effect, and the same diameter but higher stiffness.
      2) The impeller conducts experiments of rotating balance, and makes the motive equilibrium under the actual pressure of vertical water, slurry resistance and oxidation air.
      3) It strictly control the ratio between impeller’s axial flow and radial flow, which can make impeller’s vibration the least.
 
Shaft:
      1) Sharpe strictly controls the ratio between length and diameter according to its standard.
      2) Sharpe calculates the exact critical speed by its computer system, in order to ensure that the speed is appropriate and can avoid fibrillation when shaft is running.
      3) When it comes to stress check-axis check, strength check, stiffness check, bending calculation, the impeller rotation and the water pressure inside the absorber should be considered.

Mechanical Seal:
There are two options for customers to choose. They are water-injection and non-water-injection.
      1) It solves the problem of Impeller’s motive equilibrium, and solves the problem of shaft deflection and premature seal, which can avoid premature seal failure.
      2) By using Spiraltrac throttle bushing, it discharges the solid particles which tries to enter the mechanical seal, so as to prolong the lifespan of mechanical seals.
     3) Mechanical seal refuses copinism. It will ask a professional manufacturer to work together according to the application conditions and the characteristics of its products, so as to improve until the production of mechanical seals and agitators are fully integrated together with no leakage.
       4) It inputs a shaft bearing in the mechanical seal, to limit its deflection and bear all the force to protect the mechanical seal.
       5) The part between the mechanical seal and slurry uses the materials of 1.4529.
 
Reducer
   1) It slows down as well as increases the output torque. The ratio of it is what the motor output torque multiply the speed-reduction ratio. However, be careful that it should not exceed the fixed torque. 
   2) It slows down as well as reduces the inertia of load, which is the square of the speed-reduction ratio.
   3) Simple structure, small volume, small weight. It is about one-third smaller than the conventional reducer.
   4) High mechanical efficiency. Meshing efficiency is greater than 95% and overall efficiency is above 85%. The reducer’s efficiency will not decrease with the increase of transmission ratio. Many other reducers cannot catch up with it. 
   5) The reducer’s input shaft and output shaft are in the same axis.
